First bikecast of the year

PS: the perfect conclusion to a bike ride is a strawberry shake from Putz's Creamy Whip.

  1. What a nice blue-grey Bikeriter! Seems the full green spring explosion is just around the corner in your neighbourhood.

  2. I don't think I can condone typing while riding. What's next? Riding a unicycle while writing in your moleskine with a fountain pen?! Damn multi-taskers...

  3. Another excellent bikecast, and your use of the smartphone is intelligent and creative. Looks like a good combination to me (:

  4. Beautiful ride! It's a lovely area. I haven't had time to go through your survey results as yet, but I will soon. I just got into Melbourne. But I like a good statistic!

  5. Skyriter, the rough and tumble portable.

  6. Thanks for sharing your ride. The more you ride the more I realize how nice it is around where you live.
I've got to get out and do more riding (I generally ride berofer sun-up) and add some typing to it. Radio week end this week. County-wide emergency communications drill and a remote op.

I sure miss the smell of spriing time. No such thing in boring old Florida. No hills either.

  7. A typewriter in the hand is worth two apples in the type basket!

  8. What a great idea, and cool way to see our own cities and towns, which we mostly miss in our "hurry up world" of driving and flying everywhere. And, yes good exercise for us older boys and girls. It is pretty scenery around Cincy, until you get back to the suburban mess that America loves so well. Thanks

  10. Best part: There's actually a place called "Putz's Creamy Whip". What a wonderful world!

  11. Good to see someone else out there bikecasting. You have to wait for spring there? We just ride anyway here. "You are not made of sugar." is the saying.
