I do love this font! Languishing on the shelves of our local thrift store is a Studio 44 with this typeface, and we're thisclose to getting it and ditching our own unremarkable elite Studio 44. Even without the carbon ribbon, it is a joy to read and just draws you into the text.
I notice you did not include an ABC in your beauty pageant of reiseschreibmaschinen :) The Noiseless is very handsome and seems like a great choice.

Maybe it is the love I have for Diesel engines that makes me also love my SG1. I think your on to something there Richard ;)
