The KHM was one of my first acquisitions when I started collecting, and its one of my favorites, too! I agree, it has just the right balance of classic old typewriter look,and all the features of a fine standard typewriter, with a great typing feel! ReplyDeleteI can't tell for sure, is that one with the glass panels in the sides? The right side almost looks like you can see something behind it.
ReplyDeleteNo, they're metal with a textured finish. The right panel has a curved slot through which you can see a key tension indicator.
