That is "Typewriter: The History, The Machines, The Writers," by Tony Allan. It's a short, colorful introduction. I helped with the text and photos, and Paul Schweitzer of Gramercy Typewriter in New York wrote the foreword.
Volume one arrived Saturday and volume 2 on Sunday. I'll be posting them on my blog.
