Maybe someone can guess what make of typewriter I'm silversurferizing based on this photo from the original eBay listing, showing a flaw in the paint. The "flaw" has now spread over the whole body. The project is proceeding swiftly.
I came from my rss feed to say Studio 44 as well, and I'll stand by that despite notagain's doubts... Olivetti provided different keyboard options, so they could have made one with an !
The moment I saw it I thought Olivetti (odd how a couple years ago, I'd have no clue, a year ago I would have guessed a typewriter and now, I have a make and sometimes model!).
Maybe Studio 44, but something tells me its something a little rarer.
that looks a bit like a studio 44. I just picked mine up from the library
