Technically, this telegram is a reproduction sent by mail (there are templates you can get for free if you feel like making your own), as Western Union got out of the telegram racket to focus on financial services. However, it is still possible to send a real telegram anywhere in the world today via iTelegram, which took over Western Union's telegram services and maintains offers all the old services, from mail-grams to phone-grams to telegrams, etc.
The service isn't cheap, but when you absolutely positively have to send a "real" telegram, they're the guys you need to talk to. Their website is www.itelegram.com, or if you feel like giving them a call or doing business by letter, here is their contact info:

Pretty much agree with all of the above. My copy arrived yesterday morning (Monday). Finished reading it cover to cover last night. Planning to review today. Reading it (I confess I was in bed some of the time, but don't read anything into that) I felt like I was having our four-day conversation from almost exactly two years ago. That's how well it's written. In my opinion, getting a sense of having a long conversation with the author is the hallmark of a great book. I can't say that about too many books I've read.
