  8. OK, so I would totally have taken that class. The study of rhetoric, graphemes, language, and what effect they have on how we communicate is a fascinating subject. Bonus points for the whole "digital sabbath" excercise!

  9. Some of this looks fairly familiar from my Sociology of Literature and Mass Media course from 1988-89 (I'm sure I read some parts of The Gutenberg Galaxy, but it was so long ago now). Wish I could take this course too!
