An alternate manifesto

Thanks to insurgent R.S. for sharing this brilliant alternative manifesto for the Typewriter Insurgency. Let's have more! Let a hundred typebars click!

  1. This manifesto is important because it represents a confluence between typing as personal expression and a fundamental right to be free and secure in one's private thoughts and writings. Wouldn't it be keen if manual typewriters gained a broader foothold primarily as a reaction to these recent revelations of the insecurity of our online presences.

  2. This is very good - take control of your data, your content, your thought.

  3. Article 7 here is wonderfully crafted and so important. I typed up my copy this morning.
