  1. This manifesto is important because it represents a confluence between typing as personal expression and a fundamental right to be free and secure in one's private thoughts and writings. Wouldn't it be keen if manual typewriters gained a broader foothold primarily as a reaction to these recent revelations of the insecurity of our online presences.
