Thanks so much for sharing these lovely Cassandre typewriter fonts! However, I got a 504 error message while trying to downIoad the Cassandre Classic (the last of the 3).
It's great to know that there are still people with style and elegance in this crazy Wal Mart world of ours! It gives a sense of well being to our hearts and minds. I'm glad that it came from our typosphere community. Thanks Richard.
A beautiful reinterpretation of a glorious typeface. Cassandre's original is quirky, and almost, to me, appears hand drawn. I wonder if Ian has commented anywhere on what he changed as he rationalized this highly individual font for digital distribution.
(I tried to post this previously but it mysteriously vamished after I pressed 'publish.' Sorry if it came through twice.)
