It is nice to hold a page and read it while it is difficult to hold a screen in your hands and read. Even though there are tablet PCs and e-reader it is not the same a a sheet of typewritten or hand written paper or a book.
Plus, the margins and in-between spaces of the printed page allow me to leave my own response by way of notes and markings. Dialogue happens in the interstices. The book cannot be anyone else's but mine.
